Do you deliver catering equipment nationwide across South Africa?
Yes. We deliver throughout South Africa, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), East London, Nelspruit (Mbombela), Kimberley, Rustenburg and Pietermaritzburg. How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery is charged per order based on the size, weight and destination of your items. We recommend requesting a delivery quotation before placing your order so you know the exact cost upfront. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by EFT / direct bank transfer. Once your order is placed you will receive our banking details, and your order is processed once payment reflects. For large or bulk orders, contact us directly to arrange payment and delivery.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Yes, subject to our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy. Order cancellations incur a 15% admin and handling fee, and delivery fees are non-refundable, so we strongly recommend requesting a delivery quotation before ordering. Do your products come with a warranty?

Do you sell to the public, or only to registered businesses?
We sell to everyone. Whether you are a restaurant, takeaway, spaza shop, caterer, hotel, lodge, school, church, event planner or a member of the public planning a function, you can order from us. There is no requirement to be a registered business.

How do I choose the right commercial fridge or freezer size?
Choose your fridge or freezer based on what you store (meat, dairy, drinks, cakes or frozen goods), your daily volume, and the space available. It is usually wiser to size slightly up to allow for growth. Consider energy efficiency too, which matters with South African electricity costs. Should I buy a gas or electric deep fryer?
Both have advantages. Gas fryers heat up fast, recover temperature quickly between batches and keep working during load shedding, making them popular for busy kitchens and areas with frequent power cuts. Electric fryers are often cheaper upfront and ideal for smaller spaces or where gas is not practical. We sell both single and double gas and electric fryers in sizes from 5L up to 2x28L. Which catering equipment is best for load shedding?
For load shedding, gas-powered equipment keeps you cooking when the power is out. How do I choose a commercial ice maker?
Pick an ice maker based on how much ice you need per day. Our commercial ice makers produce roughly 25-40kg, 40-60kg and 70-90kg of ice per 24 hours. Estimate your busiest day and choose a model that comfortably covers it. Ice makers are ideal for bars, restaurants, bottle stores, butcheries and events.
What is a bain marie and a chafing dish used for?
A bain marie keeps cooked food hot and ready to serve, making it essential for buffets, takeaways, canteens and caterers. Chafing dishes do the same job for events and functions, using a gentle heat source to keep food warm at the serving table.
